a use for trading sticks

you spend all that time helping the tai bwo wannai villagers with their fence, straining your back and using the time you could be easily getting dragon half shields in just to get trading sticks. So you think, ok, i worked hard, so my almost slave-labour has paid off. And then you realise, there is nothing for you to get! a few clothes, a few machetes, a bit of food, but thats just about it. you are disgusted and are on the verge of doing something bad.... :XD:

 

 

 

So i'll stop you there with this suggestion. maybe we could have some sort of tribal weaponry. For rangers, there could be blow pipes, which could blow darts for more power than throwing them. You could have some sort of jungle shaman outfit for mages and for warriors various bamboo weaponry. There could be leaf suits for mages and a few new spells which you could 'buy' to use.

like the blow pipe idea a lot...would it be different darts or regular? What new spells would there be? and i like the idea of jungle shaman robes.

There has always been the idea of the blowpipes and i think its safe to say we will be seeing them in the future. How do I know? Mosquito Swarm's in this minigame drop Proboscis which is their beak, used for injecting and sucking blood. Perfect for the end of a poisonous blow dart.

 

 

 

Also if i remember correctly when they release Tai Bwo Wanna Clean-Up; Jagex said they would be saving Proboscis for a furute update.

 

 

 

But I think as a whole RuneScape's range weapons array isnt good, a couple of other things to be added would be Slings or Slingshots (maybe to feature in the next desert expansion) and eventually when they do a 2nd mainland Far Eastern weaponary such as death stars.

 

 

 

 

 

P.S. The main reward for the Trading Sticks is access to their rare Mahogany and Teak trees

Well... while we speculate on what would be cool, and feasible, I want kukri's. And let me tell you the possibilities. A dagger weapon that has two daggers held in both hands. Slightly slower than the dagger, and less damage, but with a special that allows for a crippling blow, preventing any movement or action for 3 seconds. But, to prevent quick weapon swithching, the special is random, with a 10% chance per attack, or lower, that it will take effect.

 

 

 

And, about the bolas :XD: ...
