September 30, 200619 yr There are times that I want to buy alot, but I simply dont have the money for it. My dad said: Why dont you get a job? And thats what I started with, getting a job at a supermarket, to buy a Digital Camera. I will post my progress here, and edit this topic when Im halfway the ammount of money I need. Day 1. Yesterday I went to 6 different supermarkets, asking if I could get a job there. 5 shops said yes, 1 shop said they had enough workers -.- :) So Im going to fill in these forms, and hand them in monday. thats it for now, I have nothing to share at the moment. ~Woopidoo2. October 1, 200619 yr Hey good luck, try not to fritter away your money on little things that make you happy for a few minutes, AKA food, crack, or what have you. I.E. today--at work theres this immigrant who sells burritos out of her van that comes every lunchtime, I bought one while I was working for three dollars. Then I spent 5.80 at Chipotle for lunch, and another 1.29 for a McFlurry at the mcdonalds across the street after work (I worked almost ten hours today, I figured I deserved it). That's $10.09 on food, in one day!!! When I could have easily brought some sandwiches from my house for free. That really adds up.
