karamel from the RFD quest. i got stat-reducing barraged 7 times in a row. can you say 0 att, str, def, range, and mage? i know i can. that was the most annoying because i couldnt keep my stats above 40 even when using super restores.

The "most challenging" monster I've ever fought was Damis (form 2). But I believe the hardest monster is level 702 Tz-Tok Jad.

Quest monsters are a challenge but aren't that bad.

dragon slayer omg i used a few lobs and str pot but he was most tense fighting it then greaters are easy for me.

The chaos elemental is the biggest pain in the rear in the game. It wasn't enough it's at the end of wilderness as it keeps unequipping you, knocking you screens away and barrage you with 30s. Anyone that manages to kill this thing deserves respect more than the kalphite queen slayers. :P
