Because you need the 'Slashed book' from the first part of this quest series (Elemental Workshop I) in your inventory to make the mind shield. October 2, 200619 yr Everything has an Operate Function. Operate Ghostly Robe. Okay what could it do? maybe the halloween items will have an operate button? makes sense that you would only be able to operate halloween event equipment when you're wearing it.

I think it depends on your HP, because I got only 7 damage. After you press the bar, you have to cool it down in the water tank. Use the valves as described, but make sure that the water rises! I did wrong (obviously) and the bar didn't turn blue. So the whole subsequent actions weren't going well as well.... You might want to add to the guide that the bar should change color after the water tank (into blue) and after the fan (white) just as a reference that you did all things right. Other data was removed when acoount got hacked...

I think it depends on your HP, because I got only 7 damage. . With 79 hp I got hit for 7 damage - so it looks as if it is 10% of your HP rounded down to nearest whole number.
