October 9, 200619 yr I've heard people yap about this sig generator... I just dont know where to find it... If there is one. Try RuneHQ. They have generators, but I dont know what they do. Go to each Asian restaurant in your town and rub all the Budha statue's bellies you can find

October 9, 200619 yr I'd say most people make their own and other people just copy them. I haven't personally seen a website with a collection of fan/user bars for runescape.

For the RuneHQ one, you need to be logged in on their forums to use them. The small banners they have are skill banners though like: EDIT: Can anyone else seen the RuneHQ banner? I don't think I can link to it. Guess I'll reupload on imageshack.
