Well, for the past 6 hours (?), I've been working on these few fakes. It's all about one idea, but I explained it in detail.

 

 

 

 

October 12, 2006. Player Death Update has Finally Arrived!

 

After many players' complaints, we have updated Player Death. Now, as we all know, when we die, and the faithful Saradomin takes pity on us, sending us to Lumbridge, allowing us three items. Of course there is the skull affect on this. In the event of a skull, you are allowed no items ( exception, the level 31 "Protect Item" prayer). You can be allowed UP TO four items, with 31 prayer. With Player Death (PD for short) aside, we come to the question: "Which item(s) do I get to keep in such event?" Up until now, it was the "most valuable" items you posess on/with you. Unfortunately, this wasn't always the case.. Our General Store owners are the ones who control the price value in this case. They do not realise, however, which items are most valuable to the player. In such a case, the god, Saradomin (frowning upon this) has decided to butt in some more. Now, instead of our sometimes faithful General Store owners choosing price value, the player gets to! When you are not skulled you are still allowed only three items, four with 31 plus prayer, but the change is that you can now choose which three-four items you want! In such an event you are skulled you may not choose your items, unless you use the Protect Item prayer (level 31). Hope you enjoy this update as much as we enjoyed making it!

... there goes four or so hours of my time for nothing, if you can't even see what I changed. And, yes, for what I did to make these, I do take it very offensively.

 

 

 

It's more of an idea that I would like to happen than a fake..Otherwise I wouldn't include the whole essay thing I wrote and pretending it existed...I have to wonder, though, did you even read what I wrote above or just look at the pictures?

They look pretty good. The only thing I can see that I would change is the two dots after "Pray Protect" and "Protect" options because none of the other options have them. Good job on making the fake update quote and the pictures =D>

Realisticism- 2.5/3. Looks real enough. Except on the last two pics, should they both be either "pray protect" or "protect"?

You know the two dots are called colons and it's not a mistake, I wanted it there for a reason. I've never heard of ANYONE give any examples of this, so I have to admit it's pretty original (I know some people may have suggested the idea, but not the way I put it). You think it wasn't hard for me to do? I had to get all the text straight from the game, go get a skull from my noob, crop almost everything I did, and not to mention when I double-checked everything. Boring, huh...how can you make a dream UPDATE more interesting than the idea? Only recoloring??? Did you not notice the text? the skull? the options? Just refilling some boxes?? WHAT ARE YOU, BLIND???

yeh, reading thru this post, i thought it was actually an update, in which case i was like... "wow this guy is so nooby, he didnt even do anything"... then rereading, and thje previous two posts, i finally get it, that this is a sugestion. i think you did a good job, only thing is on the first post, maby edit it so you make that a bit more clear?

Search yourself, there has been MANY suggestions on the suggestion forum about being able to choose what you get to keep when you die. Although none of them had as good pictures as you, they were still there.

 

 

 

And you must be kind of weird if you have to go in-game to get all the text. Download the Runescape font, it'll make things a whole lot easier. Unless you were talking about the "quoted" stuff...If you were, I forgot about that. It's something that Jagex MIGHT actually put...

Sorry, I read your post and litterally started laughing. I don't know if you were kidding, or if you were being serious..YES, there was suppose to be a skull in ONLY the last one. Why is this? Because, if one was to read through it all, and not just skim (which is what you probably did to reply like that) one would find that I showed what the prayer options looked like when you were skulled and when you were NOT skulled. It's obvious to people who take the time to read through my entire first post.

 

 

 

Ok, the reason it says PRAY PROTECT and PROTECT is because (again, if you were to read all of the first post, this wouldn't be so questionable) that's what the option would say if it were to be really from RuneScape. Which, is what I was aiming for.

 

 

 

LOL for the part when you said "it looks like you were going for REALISTISICM" which is what I was going for.

 

 

 

I don't like to download the font because of certain glitches in the font and I was looking for 100% no mistakes, which is what I asked for you to rate, and all I got were intentional changes.

 

 

 

..Eye-catching...It was A FAKE...how do you make it eye more catching than it already is??

 

 

 

...Cropping isn't all that easy when you have to crop all the individual pixels around the text which I had to get ingame.

Everyone makes mistakes. I wasn't thinking when I made my second post, I'll admit that. I got a little confused about the difference between "Option to Protect Item" and "Option for other Protects" as I don't think you stated what "other" means.

 

 

 

And if YOU read my entire post, you'd see this...

I don't think there are any glitches in the font, if there were, out of the money fakers, someone would have fixed it. But I sort of understand why you don't want the font.

 

 

 

And you make it more eye-catching by changing more than a few colors, and adding a few words. Obviously, that wasn't the point of your fakes. I understand that, but once again, it's not going to help you get a good rating except for realisticism.

 

 

 

I guess I know what you mean about cropping. What I like to do is take a random color, usually blue. Then I zoom in as close as possible, and pixel the outline, and some areas around it. Then I zoom out, and do the rest. I don't know if that would make anything easier, but you can try if you want...

 

 

 

I don't think there's anything else wrong, as I stated the skull and final two pictures POSSIBLY could have mistakes. But you said they weren't...
