Of course I'm not going trick-or-treating since I'm 16, but I've got a few parties to go to ;) My mom offered to get me a 'panty theif' costume which is basically a hat and an overcoat. When you open the overcoat there are a bunch of panties hanging up. Someone will undoubtedly throw some sort of party, and people will pile into their flat.
