Aimee Hill's Personal Guide to Making Money.

 

 

 

This is how I make money. It may not work for you if you hardly have any success with anything! These are some ways I make my money.

 

 

 

1. Requires: Patience, Mining level 20.

 

Go down to South West Varrock or Chasm Mine where you can mine silver. Mine about 2k of it. I know what you're thinking...2k?! That's Outrageous! I told you this needed patience!!

 

Right, so after you have your 2k silver ores go onto the forum and find the suitable place to sell your ores (SCROLL DOWN!!! Its the Bazaar!) Say you have 2k up for grabs, for 100gp each.

 

If people buy all 2k of your ores you'll make 200k. Keep on doing this and soon you'll have millions!

 

 

 

2. Requires: Membership, Mining level 30, Must have completed Rune Mysteries quest.

 

Go to the Rune shop in Varrock, and get Aubury to teleport you. Go to one of the big stones and mine until you have a full inventory. Keep on mining until you have about 5k (it doesn't take long, really!)

 

and then sell them on the forums for 100gp each. This is much faster than mining silver and from 5k Pure Essence you will have 500k! You MUST be a member for this, if non members try this,

 

they will only end up with Rune Essence which doesn't sell for much.

 

 

 

3. Requires: Sharp Weapon, Good Armour

 

Go down to the Varrock Sewer, then run to the west and keep following the track until you get to a web, slash the web, then run to the right of where you come in. Run and grab the deadly red spider

 

eggs as much as you can. Now go down to Hill Giants (need a key to get to the DUNGEON, located next to the river in Varrock, just up a bit) and run around until you see a LIMPWURT ROOT. Grab it,

 

then go to the bank and collect 5gp. Now go to the Apothecary (in Varrock) and give him the 5gp and the ingredients. He will give you a strength potion, do this as much as you want, then go in front

 

of Wildy (don't need to go in there, but do so if you wish) and sell to the Pkers, as they will need to build up their strength. (If you are below a level 30, and don't want to risk losing your good weapons,

 

go and get some Training weapons in Lumbridge. They suck, but you'd rather lose those, wouldn't you?)

 

 

 

4. Requires: Lobster Pot, Fishing level 40, Cooking level 40, Patience

 

If you're a member, you can go to Catherby, by going through Taverly and over the white wolf moutain. Fish for lobsters there, then cook them in the house next to the bank. Once you've cooked them,

 

put them in your bank, then keep going. If you aren't a member, it's a bit more complicated. You have to bring a tinderbox and an axe to cook them, which takes up more room in your inventory, and

 

correct me if I'm wrong, but I THINK the only bank in Karamja is in the Member's Only area. Try it all the same. Sell your Lobsters either on Tipit Forums, or in Marketplaces, actually ingame.

 

 

 

5. Requires Mining Level 30, Patience, OPTIONAL: Mining Level 60 (Mining Guild)

 

If you are higher than a level 60 in mining, go to the mining guild and mine coal there. Or if you aren't, and you're a member, head to Keldagrim, take the easy way, take the carts. (You must've at least

 

visited Keldagrim once before taking the carts). Keldagrim is a great place to mine coal. If you aren't a member, just head on down to Barbarian Village and mine coal there. Sell the coal for around

 

180gp to 200gp, then go to gold. Then Mithril, then Addy, then FINALLY Rune!

 

 

 

6. Requires Membership, Must have completed Jungle Potion quest, 53 Crafting (Optional)

 

Once you have completed Jungle Potion quest, go behind the main hut and talk to the guy. He will tell you about hacking the dense jungle. Bring some Anti Poisons, as the creatures are poisonous. Hack at the dense jungle and some creatures will come out from time to time, kill them, but if it's a Bush Snake, grab their snakeskins! When you have a lot of snakeskins, go back to Al Kharid and tan them for 15 coins each. If you have a high enough crafting level you can craft them into Snakeskin armour which is really rare. Snakeskin armour will get you good cash, if it's tradable, correct me if I'm wrong! Sell the armour or snakeskins themselves, and get some good cash flowing!

 

 

 

7. If you don't want to die, this requires above combat lvl 28

 

Get a Brass Key from a friend or someone who has one. Now go into the dungeon you went into getting Limpwurt Roots and run around or kill the Hill Giants for their bones. Bank the bones, and keep going until you have around 2k big bones. Don't bury these. Sell them on the forum or in the marketplace, or even down in Hill Giants! If you're lucky you'll have lots of buyers as they are probably trying to get their prayer up. Sell the bones for around 100gp each. If you sell 2k Big Bones you'll get 200k :)

 

 

 

8. Requires Membership, High Theiving level.

 

Go to East Arougdone Market Place, where there are lots of stalls. Steal from the stalls and sell what they have. If you steal from the silver stall sell the silver bars for a fair profit. Then you can steal from the Scimitar Stall, try get an Addy scimmy then sell it. You can also steal from the Magic stall as runes sell for a lot of money.

 

 

 

9. Requires Woodcutting level 30

 

Head on down to Draynor Village and go behind the bank. You will spot some Willow Trees there. Start chopping willows until you have a fair amount of Willow Logs. Sell them on the forums, let players place their offers, you will get more buyers that way. Keep doing this technique, then get to level 60 woodcutting and chop Yew Logs.

I think that for f2p, mining iron is the best way to make money for lower levls. Firstly, mining iron is much faster than silver, and it sells for 80-100ea. Also, when you reach levl 45 mining, you are able to mine iron in 1 hit with a rune pickaxe, making it far more efficient than coal or almost any other ore (except pure ess on p2p). Also, there is a much larger market for iron than there is for silver, so you can sell it quicker.

 

 

 

Also, you do NOT need membership to make str potions in the way you have outlined in method 3. Members have the option to make them with herblore, but this requires different ingredients altogether.

 

 

 

I think that about sums up my corrections, perhaps you should add these to your guide, and fix the parts I mentioned.

You should mention the coal trucks, just west of seers'

 

 

 

There's a great mine of coal, and there are trucks, which hold up to 120 coal! You ask the dwarf at the carts if he wants to get ya truck movin' and you coal-filled truck is almost next to the bank! :XD:

nat rune crafting is fast money too, i earn 150k/hr but i'm always too lazy to do it and after a while i get distracted by the jungle minigame.........

First off, change the title to "lower lvl money making guide" this is a great guide, but it's not something higher lvls would typically use. The theiving one isn't exactly a great way to get cash, the stalls respawn to quickly to have a steady intake. Snakeskins are a bad way to make money honestly, you rarely will get snakes and could better use your time elsewhere.

umm where have u been that b bones sell for 100 each? the last ive seen currently is 300 ea and some people even buy for 450 ea. i dont want to flame but that can actually be scamming lower levels because they will be making 1/4 of what they should be getting :ohnoes:

Silver Ore can be sold for up to 400 gp per. You have listed to sell for 100 gp per. thats a very large difference.

another money making guide... boring... and its even a bad one cuz running is faster then anyway of mining, fishing etc. and it will take long to get 1k ore at the min lvl needed...

good guide but try make heading stand out and colourful. also some of your information is a little off track. with the b bones, go to non-mem worlds and they go for 200 ea. plz correct me if im wrong but that was how much last time i was on non-mem. also assuming your a member, instead of getting red eggs and limps, just get one and get 100 of them and sell on the forums up to 1k ea. easy 100k. im not assuming that im rite, just the prices were last time i saw them. other than that overall, fairly good guide well done :thumbsup:
