get windows XP, so you can save it as PNG theres allot of detail loss there and how the heck do you brush in paint..? overal drawing is very good! compliments

That character has not been done in paint and you have apparently saved the pic in it. Should you have made it, you would respect the image enough, not to present it in such awful quality. On top of all, you would not sell the hard work for starting bid of 10k.

People who know how to use PS, won't save in as horrid quality as your image. In paint (to my knoledge, as I don't own the software) you cannot control the jpg packing, which results in quality like your image.
