I was never scared of being home alone. I like it because its 100% guaranteed privacy.

I used to be afraid of being home alone when I was younger; but now I just love it. Blare the music, or invite a "friend" over. :-w

Heh, lucky. My neighbors are like sisters to me so they just wander in when they feel like it :P I've actually been hanging out with them a lot more than usual lately :-k I used to have 100% privacy a few years ago, but I kind of like giving up some privacy to have people feel comfortable around me.

Don't be scared. If anything, just play real loud music. Play some games or play on computer. Think about other stuff and stay occupied. If anything see if a friend wants to come over.

home alone is great, you can sing in the worst possible way, watch whatever on t.v, raid the cupboards and fridge and do whatever you feel like.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Dogs are great to keep you company as well, they bark whenever anyone comes anywhere near the house 8-)

I'm not scared of many things anymore, but when I was around 12 there were a few things that would get my heart pacing. For example, forgetting to lock the chickens back in the pen and having to do it at 10 at night. I would never bring a torch because I wanted to be macho, but once I got away from the house and light when it's pitch black and windy as hell, that's when nerves sets in and start to bolt back to the house for a torch :oops:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Also, I used to hate it (and still do) when I'm watching tv or something and a car stops outside my driveway (which is about 50m long) and stays there for about a minute before driving off. We have no streetlights so I can't see if there's anyone getting in and out.
