Sending Items To Other Players

Featured Replies

I think it would be so cool if you can just go to bank, have the option where you can type in your friends' or player's name and click on whatever items u need to send to them. This would save on changing worllds to trade with ure friends or others. the items would automatically deposit in that persons bank, and if their bank is full, then a messege would come and say that u cant do the trade. Also, this is a matter of trust, so it cant be done if people dunt trust others. but i think it owuld be really cool if jagex made somehting like this and made it so people wunt get scammed.

Not a bad idea. Not a bad idea at all. I couldn't think of any bad reasons. (Or is it because I'm too focused on my Enriched Chemistry homework? :-k)

Oh, I thought of one. I think they should have the other player who's getting the trade have an "accept" button. You don't want to accedentally trade your Santa... :x

I like your idea and support it, but it is posted in the wrong area.

True

Con, It would make it all the easier for someone to take all your stuff if they some how got in your bank.

Pro, It would allow for a better trade economy but it would probally break the trust of ones friends because of a commen thing called greed and lieing! A fiend could say "I never got that!"

But thats just my opinion.

if a hacker comes onto your account and gets access into pin, all your items would be gone without anybody knowing because hackers wouldn't have to multi log

Been suggested many times it official runescape forums and has been.....shot down #-o It had something to do with overloading one spot (much like fally world 2)and would make it virtually impossible to do.

this would make people "drop trade" a lot faster and easier which is a bad thing..

Fishy Pizza

make a option in the bank:

'Set Reminder' and then someone in your friends list

yiu can then send it, and either open a bank trade windw, or remotely auto-send it to the reminded peson

have a last minute message asking whether or now you want to go through with it

I'm seeing the points on this. Jagex would need to "buff up" pin security and anti-hack securities before something like this could ever be possible. 6-digit FTW!

You can choose like accept aid,you can choose to close it/only receive from friends/receive from any

Also, like all trades i suppose they would implement a double check system incase you wrote the name wrongly. ( its hard to have someone nearly same as your name online unless you are zezima)

I heard WoW has something similar to this idea.

I also belive that it has been brought up in anther topic a while ago.

I too support it. I don't think it will bring much scammers though. Even know i totally support i don't think it will happen though.

They also can do a "Give to player-(Friends list)" so you can only give to your friends. Won't stop hackers but will stop mistyped names.
