Dork Posted November 21, 2006 Share Posted November 21, 2006 My first real pixel character I drew was the one that's in my avatar at the moment, but i'd never drawn a background before like the one in this, I also think the characters have much more detail than in my other one, too. megadedhed Posted November 21, 2006 Share Posted November 21, 2006 space seems WAYYYYYYYY empty, i would shrink the land are a bit, as it seems too big. some sections are gradient tool shaded (used software to prove this), which means they are not truely a pixel. plus 2023 colors is a little much. I would say try to do evreything yourself and try again..im not going to critique anything as..it would really take too long, and would pobably be in vain. Remember, doing simple things really well is good, but always try and do something new in each of your pieces. Even if it doesn't turn out well you'll learn from it.
