Anyway, my mom went to one of my games and saw that I wasn't playing, so she yelled at my coach and now.. it's just terribly awkward.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I skipped my practice last saturday and thinking about quitting the team, I'm so embarrased to even show my face again.. Heh. Kinda gay. But I don't think that should make me a quitter if I never wanted to do this in the first place!

I'm stressed again and have to make a final decision by tomorrow. :(

1. If you don't wanna do it, don't. You shouldn't have to do stuff because others make you. Life is about fun, not doing what others tell you. If your mom is making you do if for "exercise" tell her you will start walking or running instead. Running like 1 mile+ a day is very healthy. If you cannot run that far well, you got a goal to shoot for. My running goal for 4 miles, im up to 2.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

2. If you wanna be on the team, explain to your coach/teammates that you have no control over what your mom does and that they should ignore it. You must be on the bench for a reason, and im sure if you practice enough you will be on the court real soon, just have confidence.

i've been in situations like that

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

and sometimes you just got to "muscle" through it.
