This should be in the Help and Advice forum. But yes, try Rock Cakes or Nitroglycerine.

Help and Advice forum next time. That's where you post RS questions.

To not be a complete spammer, you can eat rock cakes from the Watch Tower quest or the nightshades from the same quest to reduce your hp.

(I think they're both related to Watch Tower. Not entirely sure.)

If you're trying to keep your hp low, you can take a hatchet and knife into the game and repair the blockades and gates. Each time you repair something, you get 5 hitpoints towards your needed 50. So 10 logs, 10 repairs, 50 points at no combat increase.

don't worry, you are going to "hell" anyway. wanna race to see who gets there first?

Ugh I think he met lowering his health to use D'haroack's ability at its finest, that being said, try nightshades or drop the explosive at cw for 15 damage.

A reflection is just a distorted reality held by glass and your mind.

Geaux Tigers ! Congrats on a great year !

i think you can drop fishing explosives, you can buy them from slayer masters.

Instead of looking for things to buy to do damage to yourself, just unequip your armor and let someone from the other team hit you till you're at around 40-50& HP then equip full dharok and swing away.

Another thing I did was look for splatters, and don't click on them, but next to where they are or are going. You could get 1 or 2 to do major damage.
