Lep
This should be in the Help and Advice forum. But yes, try Rock Cakes or Nitroglycerine.
Ddrmaster7
Help and Advice forum next time. That's where you post RS questions. To not be a complete spammer, you can eat rock cakes from the Watch Tower quest or the nightshades from the same quest to reduce your hp. (I think they're both related to Watch Tower. Not entirely sure.) Ranked top 15 in the world for In The Groove. Click to watch videos.I'm back! For now.
darkblade986
If you're trying to keep your hp low, you can take a hatchet and knife into the game and repair the blockades and gates. Each time you repair something, you get 5 hitpoints towards your needed 50. So 10 logs, 10 repairs, 50 points at no combat increase. don't worry, you are going to "hell" anyway. wanna race to see who gets there first?Officially reached 100 Combat at 1:33PM EST, June 14, 2007First Dragon Drop: Dragon Chain (Dust Devils) @ 10:48PM EST, July 14, 2008, lv113 combat

Ugh I think he met lowering his health to use D'haroack's ability at its finest, that being said, try nightshades or drop the explosive at cw for 15 damage. A reflection is just a distorted reality held by glass and your mind.

aglips
Instead of looking for things to buy to do damage to yourself, just unequip your armor and let someone from the other team hit you till you're at around 40-50& HP then equip full dharok and swing away. Malhavok
Another thing I did was look for splatters, and don't click on them, but next to where they are or are going. You could get 1 or 2 to do major damage. Geaux Tigers ! Congrats on a great year !
