the (1/200)^2 is only true, if you're just killing only 2 monsters and getting 2 effigies(this doesn't take into account the fact that you kill many monsters). The probabilty for getting an effigy right after you got one, is still 1/200.(this is the probability of getting an second effigy right after the first one)

You could still make ~1m/hr with a tortoise or even tbird stealing kills from green dragon bots at chaos tunnels using rapier. (flashing/using piety with super att+str, some house tabs(for prayer and edge tele) ) It's not very pleasant though.

Not to sound ignorant or dumb, but if all the constants for both experiments are the same and the only variable that is different is the weapon, what does it matter? If I was on task I would still be getting the 15% using the CR that I would get using the SS. The same would be said for if I replaced a glory and row with a fury and imbued ring. The speed of the weapon, you get more out of the FSH/void/str boost with a faster weapon. But.... he said he used a SS not c maul, Quyneax.

1) Firstly, longsword + warhammer would take 2 binds (or the time to make them yourself every floor). Secondly, you usually have enough food to survive the floor without the shield (and as mentioned before, you binds are limited and making it yourself every floor would be a serious waste of time). And most importantly the 2h has the highest dps. 2) You don't lose prestige if you do c1's rather than c6's. the lower floor are done at C1 to gain prestige faster and then do the last floors which give more exp. If you do let's say 10 first floors at C1 then the prestige for doing floor 11 after them is the same as it would be if you had done all 10 floors at C6. Hope that anwsers your questions.

It's possible for sure, but much more difficult. If you have the time you could just make a team yourself and then find people like you to join.

I don't have the bow nor am I planning to purchase it, I just started to wonder why hasn't this been mentioned anywhere since it atleast seems to be a good alternative for people without EE/EEE, or even beat it in some cases since it only uses 55% of the special attack bar and the potential of healing nearly 500 if used with prayers and/or FSH. The maxiumum hit with 99 range, sara arrows, FSH, Rigour and extreme ranged is 360 (tipit calc) healing for 720 which would be epic imo. Edit. The main field this should be used would be slayer or something similar. Against bosses and high leveled mosters as the high defence will be hard to hit though

Ever since summoning and the EE/EEE food as such has been used less and less. Even guthan is suggested in various guides here on tif but I have never seen anyone mentioning the Saradomin bow (special: The special attack drains 55% of the special attack bar, deals damage and heals you for double the amount of damage dealt. This healing is applied over a short period of time. ). So has anyone looked into this or done any research, at first this seems to be a good alternative for some or have I missed some important thingy that makes this inefficient.? although the bow itself is 3.4m. (edit, had a typo)

You should post if you can use extremes/overloads also.

for mage box. Start out with Smoke/shadow barrage (smoke poisons, shadows has higher hit and is said to be more accurate, I don't believe it tbh) then switch to blood barrage. some say that it helps to switch to blitz when you're hitting 0's in a row. not sure about this, haven't seen a difference really. I have never range staked so I have no idea, maybe dragon darts with full crystal shield or one of those fancy divine/elysian shields or maybe i'm completely wrong about this.

For me it's not that bad (since I really don't do much of the stuff that is botted) they keep the prices for low. lol. So don't excpect to make alot of money with gathering skills(well farming, since u prob can't bot that). Mostly it's more the idea, that people are getting "free money" and that goldfarmers run their bots and sell gp irl. Some may have other views
