edit: screw it, heres a picture of the q1 on the gold coast (lil south of brisbane), i was recently there for schoolies week.

And see, there's nothing decent in Brisbane; It's all at the Gold Coast or Sunshine Coast. There's also Frasier Island, Stradbroke and the Hinterland. South-East Queensland is all good, but Brisbane itself is lacking.
