Anyway, like Guitarted said, it's to prevent going to a free world for getting the poison off in no time, antipoisons are there for a reason. Bronze-Rune daggers are tradable to F2P, but poisoned form ain't. Anyway, I really think there should be a warning about "You're poisoned, and poison doesn't go away if you go to a F2P world, are you sure you wanna get into the world" or something like that.
