I noticed there's a new guild in RuneScape since the past year... and I've been exploring it recently and honestly it doesn't seem like there's anything too helpful in there.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Is there anything this guild is good for?

It also has cheap Attack, Strength, and Defense potions, and really cheap potato with cheese

I get pretty decent combat experience every time I go there, plus it's a good way to break the monotony of normal training.

Expanding, you can play the mini-games to get tokens. The animating armour one will be fastest.

 

 

 

Then you go to the top floor with your tokens and can kill the cyclopses for defenders. You will have to start at bronze defender and work your way up to a rune one, and the drops are not guaranteed. You will lose 10 tokens every minute you're in there.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The defenders are basically offensive shields, providing good attack bonuses and mild defense.

If and only IF you like strength and don't care for defence.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Rune KiteShield is better if you want defence.

You can get defence exp without getting HP exp but it takes time.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Also fight animated armour, it costs you your armour.

Definitely rune defender and clue scrolls... rune defender is THE best item in place of shield.
