Nadril
I think you blinded everyone with that shade of green. Honestly, I can't even look at it for more than 2 seconds. Grass is not that bright, tone it down.. a lot.
Faelenof
Agreed with Nadril, grass is uber bright. If you use Paint, go a little lower on the big square colour-picker thing, toward the greys. Gives the grass less of a glaring look and makes your pixel all of a sudden easier on the eyes. :) Have you decided on a light source? If there's going to be the sun in the white space above the grass, you'll want the shading to be directed toward the sun and not toward the viewer. Good luck, mate. :D Pixel Artist - Former Player Mod - Former Tip.It ModNot taking sig requests - sorry!

imhomer
:XD: MY EYES! Shiny rocks, though.... :-k Yay, dark red! : On topic, the texturing on the grass makes it all appear the same distance away, making it look more like a grass wall than a field going to the horizon. The colors are all waaaaaay to bright. The shading on the bricks (they're not bricks but I can't think of the right word for them) is good but the spaces between them has to be much darker. cadburys_egg
I looked at it for a second time and i now think that it sucks...... :notalk: It's funny how you think that AFTER Nad posted. You need; A lightsource. To use non-default colours. Not to copy and paste. To lose the black lines.
