December 4, 200619 yr Unless you have an organized group of PC-ers, it is definitely longer. Ecto the d bones (and for 1.6k each, 1.2k of them costs 1.92 mill). Both methods will take extremely long. December 5, 200619 yr I dont know about ecto or using gilded alters, but i know you can get around 200-300 pc points per day if you play around 4-5 hrs. with a consistently good group(you can join a pc "clan" on rs forums which usually speeds things up for me greatly) I LOVE SMILIES =P
December 5, 200619 yr you lose 12.5% of the experience by using the gilded altar over the ecto, but that pales in comparison to the money you could make by crafting nats at that time.
