Pessi89
I was wondering if there is any tricksters or persons who are interested about tricking on these forums. I would love to see some vids if you do tricking. I have been doing this awesome sport for an year now. Tricks ain't hard to learn, it takes some time first. But once you learn one trick it leads to other tricks fast. I strongly recommend this sport to everyone ;) We have learned everything without any teaching, because we live in small town :/ Here is video made by me and my friends last friday :) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ioJIACoFJRc Some older vids :) Sandpit sampler Summer sampler http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Kuo5nQ5vwUY Spring sampler (our first sampler) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cbA3DYeq2ro Some REAL PRO tricksters (this is what tricking looks like if you are really good) http://youtube.com/watch?v=PN2YHAPTyuM

runemetsa
Oh, you are finnish. I'm not sure if this is allowed (due no real life pictures- rule) but I guess this goes. I thought that this was about playing tricks(pranks) on people... Well, with trampoline that's ok, but it would be way more impressive if you would do those tricks WITHOUT trampoline :P anyways, those butterfly flips were very impressive. Nice tricks. deloriagod
I suppose you call it tricking so it sounds cooler than gymnastics. I'd love to learn how to do this kind of thing, but I don't have the time to do it. Internet Marketing For Newbies
runemetsa
I love gymnastics. Nice tricks, you should join Cirque du Soleil. Well, I'm finnish and I still couldn't understand what he said at the end :? But I recognized the "ei juma(leisha)" at the beginning, which is mostly nonsense, but means something like "no goddamnit" [Star Wreck][PM me][My gallery][DeviantArt][Cool T-shirts!][iron Sky - Trailer is now out!]

kelem_ryu
Here is video made by me and my friends last friday :) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ioJIACoFJRc wow! i wished i'd have the space to try stuff like that :( Anyway, on the video (if you'd allow for some critics): The stuff you do is cool, the music is to, but the whole environment of the gym hall makes it look a bit boring. I think it could be greatly improved with more creative surroundings, although you probably would have to do it without the trampoline then. EDIT: Okay, watched the others to now. Just mix them all together and it will look much cooler, with constantly changing environment. and what cought my eye, was when for example the guy that makes a back - whatever it is called in english - in the middle of a marketplace, you see him looking around for a couple of seconds if there is anybody around he might hurt. Cut that away and just show the jump, then cut - next scene. Same with the guy jumping from this bench, who spends two seconds preparing for the jump. It would be awsome if you could synchronize it with the background music to. Also i feel you should pace it faster - more cuts.

Pessi89
Tricking is a comparatively new sport with roots in different forms of Martial Arts and Gymnastics. According to Tricks Tutorials' Jon Call (AKA Jujimufu) "Tricking can be described as an aesthetic blend of flips, kicks, and twists." Tricking can be viewed as martial arts power tumbling. Tricking has only recently come into its own as a recognized activity, although the various skills practiced have existed much longer and a variety of theories have been put forward as to where the term originated. It incorporates and variates moves from different arts such as the Backtuck from Gymnastics, 540 kick from Tae Kwon Do, Butterfly Twist from Wushu and Double Leg from Capoeira. In general, practitioners are capable of performing the majority of their tricks on grass, regular flooring or even concrete, without the requirement for mats or plyometric flooring. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tricking
kelem_ryu
I did capoeira for some time and plenty of moves you do are very similar to those there. Flips and sommersults are very capoeirasque imo.
