Since I just unlocked 34, I was doing 33 to access 34 and I just so happened to get Bal'lak. Unfortunately, I mis-clicked the Boss door (don't you hate it when that happens?)... I died twice but I didn't care too much. As someone else and I said in the F2P thread, make gatestones to reset his defence meter, and try luring him into his acid pools.
