I decided to make my own, even though I have never done it before. I used Microsoft Paint for the whole thing, and it took me a few hours. I got the backround from an image search on google, the text from a special fonts site, and the pictures are from my own screenshots. What do you think of it? From reading through these forums, it seems like nobody else uses Paint to create sigs and I found out why when I created my own. Like you say, it is very limited. Nadril is right, cropping the images of all the rare items (painting white all around them so I could copy and paste them) was what took most time. It actually took me three or four hours in total. I would say an hour and a half of this was cropping all the images. Another hour was trying to arrange all the images in the little space available, without resizing any of them (I often found myself needing a couple more pixels and had to try several different arrangements). Another hour was spent getting all the resources together and choosing the right fonts. I tried several sites and several different fonts before I got the desired effect. Finally, it took another half an hour to bring everything together, and resize everything to scale. When resizing things, I had to keep the correct proportions otherwise it would just have looked stupid. Four hours seems like a long time for what I actually achieved. However, I had to do more than what it seems. I haven't ever created a sig before so much of what I did was new to me. Anyway, I don't mind because I am just beginning a nine week holiday! Andrew.
