Its very expensive, and unless you have friend who has it, you won't get it for free without it being illegal. Also, pixelers don't use Photoshop, if that's what you were thinking. They use simple programs like MS Paint. Own a forum? Advertise it for Free!!! It doesn't matter whether it is green or red or blue, most of them are left of that line. It gives the colours a bit of a washed out, realistic feeling. Sure, bright colours can be useful in some cases, and we will use them in this one too, but mainly for highlights and things like that. This tutorial wasn't really ment to last this long, just uploaded the pics at I believe it's photobucket. I could do a better one at this moment, a year after making this one.
