Just try it out, variate a bit, see what looks better for yourself. Don't start with big extreme colour differences though. Just play around with it.

you can only make it if u know how to do it exectely but its so complicated that u just better can go to a site like draynor.net or runeweb.com or whatever those sites are. Just copy the link and paste :P
