This is what I think about "us" the players of RS.

 

 

 

We don't have time anymore. If we need to go to an town we do a teleport.

 

 

 

If we need a chisel fast we buy a chisel for 10k. If you should take all that money spending of all rs players you could buy a nice rare.

 

 

 

That's the problem with rs, We want things to fast. With a trade we just say "ty". Or we say nothing. I am so polite to say thank-you. If we come in a general store we just click "Trade shopper". In a bank we never talk simply with the bankers what they learned us at turturial island. Some people don't got time to make money. They need macro's to do their work. I always talk with good english langauge. Well good? No english is my second langauge.

 

 

 

Well time is a big problem in RS. This is just a game. Don't take it to serius to miss school. Or use macro's. Don't forget your real life. I know it's somethimes hard when you are almost combat 85 or something.

 

 

 

Maybe your boy/girlfriend thinks your'e an computer nerd. Or you just don't learn for the exam of tomorrow and keep rs'ing. Never forget your family. I mean it's x-mas. Go eat with your family. It's christmas dude!

if you are true to your words, then perhaps you would always right click on the cabbage and select pick cabbage. instead of just right clicking them. and whenever you walk, you right click and choose walk here. instead of clicking right on your destination. whenever you attack monsters, you right click them and select attack "monster name".

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

but i agree with the macro part and what you speak about english. but don't forget, a minority of runescapers don't actually speak english in their real lives.

about the part on addiction. it's a game. and with playing games, come addiction. its inevitable for many of us. but of course, i don't recommend skipping school or scamming, neglecting your studies or rejecting your boyfriend/girlfriends.

btw: While i had examinations, i played rs, and my results were excellent, on christmass, i played rs, and i ate with my family, and I play rs without anyone thinking: hey, he's a nerd!!

Furthermore, people bragging about their "hot gf" and "great reputation" ,or whatever it may be, wouldn't seem like the people who would make such posts. If you really have all this, why are you lurking the forums all day just begging for a chance to rub it in someone's face?

 

 

 

Also, how "hot" your gf(or bf if you're girl) is is not a measure of what kind of "life you have.

That's why I try not to play over breaks :D Just got to spend time with family and friends. Go see a movie, go out for dinner, play some basketball, or even just chat with them. I have learned to control my addiction towards this game and it's a good skill to have.

The point is, we get updates and new ways to train and then start feeling comfortable with them. Then it starts to feel as boring as it was before, so we start searching for easier ways. It leads to easier and easier and easier way. It goes on and on and there is no stopping it, we find ways to get things done easier/faster.
