December 31, 200619 yr I'm still not happy with it but I'm tired of working on it so I guess it's done. Made completely with the 12 pixel stipple brush and the 1 pixel pencil tool with some smudging in some places. How can I improve for future pictures?
December 31, 200619 yr Awesome =D> Not so sure that i like the white trim, but thats my taste, not your ability  "A disbelief in magic can force some poor souls into believing in authority and business"

January 20, 200719 yr This topic is not too old so not gonna lock yet. Amazing picture, the sky does look weird but at least the knight has the rght shading. Pixel sigs by me.Pixel Art
January 20, 200719 yr dont use the smudge tool! instead (this is what tripsis told me and it worked) use the brush tool and get three mid tones (one medium, one slightly darker and one slightly lighter and slowly work in the shadows. use opacity to blend and ajust the flow (which I can't do on photoshop 5 so if you can't do it then use the opacity and change it 10 at a time and go over and over) smudge tool mucks it up. the sky shouldn't have spacing set on the brush. that's why its in dots! hope I helped :P dk Thanks Terly for the best Avatar in TipIt -winks-
January 21, 200719 yr What program did you use? Linework credit goes to someone else who's name escapes me...
January 21, 200719 yr What program did you use? I'd say he used photoshop as he said he used the smudge tool. Thanks Terly for the best Avatar in TipIt -winks-
January 21, 200719 yr True, but there's also a smudge (-like) tool in Gimp. Linework credit goes to someone else who's name escapes me...
January 21, 200719 yr I wonder what the crusade against smudge tool is all about. :-k The knight itself is solid but nothing spectacular. The background trees on the other hand and are just brilliant. Great job, superb textures.
