ixlwazdixl Posted January 2, 2007 Share Posted January 2, 2007 well ive got a char with 70 attk, 1 def, 69 str, i wear whip and im still training attack..dunno when ill switch over to str again what im wondering is what items can i wear with 1 def that will give me attack or strength bonuses...for training im not planning to pk or stake anytime soon, so just for training what items should i get that can help it go quicker? thanks in advance everyone Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Most commonly used attack/strength gear for one defence are as follows: Mountain boots Zamorack prayer book Mith gloves Fury (Glory,Strength,Power) if you can't afford the fury Berzerker ring for strength, warrior's ring for attack Firecape if you have the know-how Those are the items numerous pures I know wear Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
junkiejeff Posted January 2, 2007 Share Posted January 2, 2007 Beserker ring, I suggest using dragon scimitar if you want to train strength. Mithril RFD gloves, black dragonhide chaps give some defense, rune defender, fire cape 0.0,(obby cape also will do fine) strength amulet for high hits or glory for some attack bonuses, climbing boots.
