Um you can't note barrows, and he had the Guthans repaired by the time I got there. I was finishing up my load of lobsters at the Fishing Guild then teleported to Edgeville to see.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Honestly you guys have no proof if he cheated or not; I wouldn't believe Poker would do it because he would flame the hell out of Enipeus for "doing" what he did. (Note there wasn't even any evidence, just a bunch of accusing kids.)

I've also had this luck before, though I think the guy was a victim of the Dungeon POH bug during the first few days of Carpentry. He was running north into Falador, towards the bank. He was poisoned and was dying rapidly as he was on low health. So he died right before entering and I got his stuff. It was like a black cavalier, 2 obsidian shields, 1,500 steel arrows and lots of other stuff.
