I havent planned this out ATM but please reply on what you think about it. This might be a F2p event so more people can join. Ok heres the event Its based on Lord of the rings. Men VS orcs bascially Men (soldiers of gondor) would have.... Armor- Full steel with square shield and med helm You CAN have an ammy ,No cape Weapons- Steel or rune longs, Spears (if i make this p2p even though im not a member),Long bows ...well i post if i think of anything. rangers- Hard/soft/stud leather top, d hide legs, green cape, long bow, iron or steel arrows. Mages- None at the moment. I need a volenteer to be "Gandalf". There can only be ONE wizard... Mordor orcs Armor- Bronze or iron armor. Basically noob armor. Remember, it has to look crude so be creative! Wear black capes. ZOMBIE heads if you have them. Thanks to unorclan for suggesting this. Weapons- bronze-steel scimmys, b axes, warhammers, hatchets Range- bronze arrows, short bows Heros- Witch king Black robes, black cape, rune mace/long, can use mage I dont have much details. This is pretty much an idea until i can really create it. Help is apreciated :lol: No level requirements ATM but there may be one so we wont have level 5s and level 80s. I like it :D He probably could use a rune 2h cause hes the kind and all. gandalf: Maybe a member should be this? Seers robe, staff(any thats f2p), rune long, legolas: ahh darn, if this was p2p then he could have a mage short. he could have the best range equip seeing that f2p doesnt have that much choices. gimli: Str ammy, rune b axe/hatchet. iron helm, mith chain maybe(cause dwarves LOVE mith!!) faramir: ranger stuff, long bow, long sword Boromir: leather stuff, long sword, kite shield Frodo: ahh yes, we can forget about the hobbits. Mith chain(literally has it in the book/movie, rune short Ill think of more some other time. We cant have a war without evil heros can we? ringwraiths: I think there was 9? Black robes, rune long, i wish i could make this p2p then the "witchking" could have a ddagger (S) sauron: yes the big baddy. Maybe a high combat lev with full iron, and a rune mace. smegol: A pretty pointless character. No weapons(if only they had rocks..) leather stuff non studded shelob:...uhhh i dont think we can do this.....no one can be a spider saruman: How could the evil side win without a wizard? White robes, staff, and mages Lurtz: the uruk leader. leather armor, long sword, kite, short bow Yeah this list is uncomplete/not in depth. Ill get back to it later. Post each special character and then a name beside it so people know not to come dressed up like that. See where I'm going with this.... Bufoman Posted January 6, 2007 Share Posted January 6, 2007 aye I get it, but I think only the hero's should have rune weapons. the superior firepower would help to set them apart from the reguler troops. since iv read the books id be happy to help you sort things out, mordors armys should out number gondors at least 3 to one but with cheeper equipment and less skilled troops.
