World 12 seems to be quite crowded.

Have heard 12 also, as well as world 9

If Jagex ever made a perfect update, there would be players complaining about nothing to complain about.

12s probably more then 54 and 6 :P

There's always 100+ teams forming at world 12.

Retired

2146 overall - 136 combat - 6 skillcapes

Plus I think the whole teenage girl thing will end soon (hopefully), because my girlfriend is absolutely in love with him(she is 18), and im beginning to feel threatened by his [Justin Bieber] dashing looks.

World 100 has been full ever since it came out, so I'm guessing that's a good world. Crowded doesn't always mean good though, as lots of noobs gravitate towards crowded worlds.

Go in the Tip.Iter Events forum, and find a "Looking for a BA team?" or something to that effect (its not a sticky). Find the most common world on there.
