only problem i see is the right eye isnt a light sorce. cats eyes reflect light, so try making it more 'real' and stuff, but it looks nice in my book

Smudge, Blur, Sharpen, Negative, brush in the white for the eyes then Blur that as well.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The first time I edit an RL pic, I wanted to try some crazy stuff. No offense to the cat, but I always wanted to do those movie special effects on an RL, and this gave me the opportunity. I used MSpaint for this one, so I can't think of anything else that could grab people's attention.
