Hmm I appear to have uncovered a very large stream of random events. I have had about 15 today in total, I must have had 50 + accumulative whilst being down here.

 

 

 

They seem to be triggered when I go to cut a gem. :-k

I just built a staircase in my house whilst someone used my lecturn, making it a bit easier to build my Skill Hall when I want to.

I just sold 1k rune arrows for 380k! I know that is a bit underpriced but I sold them quickly which is the main thing.
