i used about 3 fully upgraded cannons until lvl 14, and used 1 fully upgraded air tower for the first air level then sold it.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

spent the first wood on raise interest. 2nd on water. then fire and last wood.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

u should work on keeping a good supply of gold in your bank for more interest and build towers only when u need them.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

So you killed stuff until wave 21 with cannon and water towers? Interesting.. Did you upgrade one or two water towers or did you build abunch all around?

I had countless combo towers in the middle.. I was going to take a screenshot after that level because I didn't think I was going to die with about 5 or 6 water towers. The level before this I had spent like 4k on combo towers so I had quite a few xD. Ever inch of the middle area was filled up with them.

i found this seperate to this thread yesterday, and im not convinced combo towers are the best.. fire towers are very nice :-)

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

i've won it without too much difficulty... 30k hitpoints on the last level :-)

 

 

 

i just get fire with the first wood, and extra interest from then on..

yay i got to lvl 32 then got killed i had 3 combo towers and 10 fire towers 4 water 1 slow tower and 5 arrows all at the 2nd lvl :thumbsup: :thumbsup:

i dont tend to worry bout the bosses.. you only lose 1 life if they get round, and some money, so its not like their going to kill you, unless your really short on lives

The first two bosses are like impossible because you don't have any good towers, but the third one is a pushover with rocket towers.

Just got 13k using the all fire tower method, pretty nice. Not sure how you got 25k though

All Fire Tower method? A fully upgraded fire tower costs 50 + 75 + 100 + 150 = 375 coins and does 400 damage, while a fully upgraded rocket tower costs 390 coins and does 2,000 damage. How does building fire towers instead of rocket towers help?

Fire towers cost 50 ea but do 75 damage at the lowest stage, with 200 coins you can get 4 fire towers and an added damage total of 150, and they are faster than the regular rockets.

plus, you lose points while buying lives, I was attempting to beat the last level and sold a rocket everytime I need $$ for lives, I ended up losing with 231 points :XD:

Bought two cannons placed on the strait where they can hit monsters twice. fully upgraded.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Used one fully upgraded air to last me through the air level.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Used upgrade on fire.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Sold cannons bought fires.

The key is to let your money accumulate then get boosted by interest.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Teh only reason i died was i didn't realize that upgrading combo tower was like buying another one so i wasted money #-o

All the way until level 25, i had nothing but 1 fully upgraded fire tower, and 2 fully upgraded cannons. I just let my money collect tons of interest.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Once i had to, i bought a 2nd fire tower and fully upgraded it.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

After level 28 (all 3 researches had been done), I bought 2 rocket towers and upgraded them, put them in the center until the 2nd bonus round.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Just before the 2nd bonus round, i bought about 3 more rocket towers and upgraded them

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Didn't buy any more rocket towers until the 20,000 round, then i bought until i had around 1.5k gold left

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The final level (level 38), i bought out on the rockets (upgraded them), bought and upgraded until I had around 300 gold left, which I saved for an emergency of 'buy an extra life'

with your logic you get a little less than 8 fire towers per upgraded rocket tower (8*50=400), which means that they'll do 8*75=600dmg, with slghtly higher fire rate but much shorter range, so that's hardly gonna be an increase in damage...

fire towers at the top upgrade hit 4-5 enemies (i think), even without using water to group them up. thats 1600-2000 damage per shot, and they are faster than rocket towers. they are also able to damage enemies somewhat outside of their range due to the splash effect..

 

 

 

i have yet to properly try using water towers and rocket towers, or really do much with water towers.. (i expect that they are best at the start to group enemies together asap).
