Korla Posted January 13, 2007 Share Posted January 13, 2007 I broke 4k in score. The main things I learned was that you earn alot of gold from interest. But I did that when trying out the fire towers, so now I'm going back to combo towers and hopefully the 2k gold I had more when starting the bonus levels will get me higher :) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

In the end you better sell them anyway for loads of fire, water and combo towers. Just build loads of water towers at the beginning and you may do fine. (I got to the first bonus game, I've probably done better if I really sold all my normal towers.) If you guys like these games so much, you should check out Warcraft 3. It's got a ton of different games like this but better. I used to play this abit on WC3 aswell, so I remember the tactics I used there. I wish there was a multi-plyer version on here, where you have to send units at your opponents for income...aah, that was fun. Well, I can take some SCs and post to show some stages of my development :P This is just after getting a wood, which I spent on Earth, only to get access to the rocket tower. I just removed the last cannon and arrow towers before the end of the previous round to get a little extra interest. They were placed in the first bend after the first water tower, so that both of the left water towers slowed down the units in their range. But, I didn't pick up water towers at the first possible moment, I first picked an extra 5% interest, and that's why I now have 1,5k gold to spend on rocket towers, which I will, after having "invested" them for another couple rounds. I recently got 3k actually using your method of getting the income first. I had like 5 combo towers in the middle and water all around. Cad, why did you have combo towers on the corners? That's a waste of their range. I know I have to upgrade my towerd and that quality is etter than quantity, but I just don't have enough money to combat the strength of the monsters, they just keep getting through. I'm not spending my money like crazy either, I'm wating until I need it so I get max interest. Please help! This is really annoying me. Edit: I think i'll be ok, I just discovered the power of fire towers. :thumbsup: Edit: And the power of missile towers.
