January 18, 200719 yr Moss Giants above Ardougne. Ogres in King Lathas'. I would say the ogres for best levelling. You wont need any def, so go all out for ranging bonuses. ~Jimmie

SouthEast with "Minotaur (Level 27)"... the number of people in there dropped off after the Stronghold had a chance to lose its' odd 'flare' of initial attraction. When that happened, the number of people in it dropped way off. They aren't wearing armor, which means your arrows will pierce their 'lame little hides' like a knife going through butter. :twisted: ...BTW, make sure you pick up the drops. After you have about 100 to 150 iron arrows, save the steels in the bank and start using the irons for your training. This will render you with an endless supply of arrows. :) ...
