January 21, 200719 yr you really wrong there nats sell from 300-330ea you lose profit i lose about 300k when alching 7k yew longs at a time im current fishing 30k monks to get 9m + 5k sharks then i can have another 14k alchs at a time to put me up to 21k alch i have left over money to pay for what i lose ea time Spud you seriously have to stay off the forums when you get into the weed.Heres a hammer, some planks and a few nails, now all you gotta do is build a bridge and get over it.

January 28, 200719 yr yew log - 275-300 gp ea bow string- 180-200 gp ea 1 yew longbow sells for 560 gp, min. 60 gp profit nature- 300 gp ea after alching, loss of 32 gp per bow. (cheapest magic exp next to failed curses)
January 28, 200719 yr Buy yew logs, not unstrung yew longs. It will be easier. Also, craft your own nats, then it will be more of a profit. 190(bowstring) + 300(yew logs) + 100(pure ess) = 590 786 - 590 = 196gp profit. January 28, 200719 yr here is math for alching yew longs: yew long alch price= 768gp yew long + nat= total cost 500/600gp+ 300gp=800-900gp 768-900= -132gp...you loose 132gp per alch! or if you yew log+bs+nat=total cost 250-300gp+180gp+300gp=730-780gp 768-730/780= -12gp or up to 38gp profit other way is...MAGIC LONGS ! :) : magic long + nat = total cost 1250gp + 300gp = 1550gp alch price= 1536gp 1536-1550= -14gp..you loose 14 gp or you could do magic log+bs+nat=total cost 1000gp+180gp+300gp= 1480gp 1536-1480= 56gp profit per alch!!!! ------- so either way you do it...magic longs are far better IMHO
