Noobish111
Well, I live in New Jersey* and there was a fatal fire near my house and school. A 70 year old women and man came out of the burning house and the women was cold (soposedly (sp)) and went back in for slippers. Sadly, she never came out. The man is currently in a hospital in critical condition with smoke inhilation. No names have been revealded yet. My friends live near the house and saw smoke and all that. His brother got stopped in his bus going to school. We do not know if there were any smoke alarms or what caused it. *= If you live in this state, turn on News12 New Jersey. Viktorkrum77
She went inside a burning house to get slippers? Was she delusional or something, you don't do that, you're not even supposed to do that to save family photos and possessions. Me doing staff. SuziAngel
Until you've been in that position yourself, it's difficult to understand what goes through a person's mind in that kind of situation. When my home was on fire, all common sense immediately evacuated my body. :? The Poison Fairy

I would find it hard to think of that though, I would be more worried about irreplaceable items such as pictures and videos and such. Me doing staff. Fadfdfd
You shouldn't have said you live in New Jersey. Any stalker, even me found out your town. Don't worry, I'm not going to come and stalk you, and if you are just wondering, you live in a town with 2 words. One of the words is the name of a theme park. That's really too bad too. I'm just wondering, why didn't she ask to go into a neighbor's house? :? Seems like the thing that I would have done. That's sad nevertheless. It's cool that your town is "famous" but it's sad that it happened in this way :(

Tigra00
She walked back into a burning house...so her feet would be warm? ...Honestly. kido14
I'm sure these kind of things happen fairly often to at least someone on Tip It, but people don't post everytime something happens around them unless it's big. foolgool
I feel bad for her relatives, and especially for the guy in intensive care. I hope that he gets better. Why, in your wildest thoughts, would you go into a burning building to get shoes? The code in my sig should say 1032 not 0132.

You somehow guessed from his post that he lived in Cedar Grove!? That's impossible! You said, 'amusement park', that was a cinch. And all it took was one Google search using 'New Jersey Cedar' and boom, 'Cedar Grove' showed up as the only city and fourth result. Not that it will matter, do people realize how big cities are? It would be very hard to track someone down... Me doing staff.
