paul_wilson
Hmm, my genre definitions are very blurred in metal, I just like all of it. Some gooduns are (they're bleeping it! :o) Goatw***e, Lamb of God, Amon Amarth, Crowbar, Parkway Drive. Thats about it that i can loosely stick in death... though I'm likely to get flamed for suggesting half of them may be by those more hardcore among us. First and only pixel thinger I made. Poopingman
I'll do what I can The above mentioned bands are all great. Furthermore, moving into the COB vein, I obviously suggest them, and the lesser known Norther. Skyfire is good swedish death metal. Lastly, I highly recommend "Naildown" for any Bodom fans, really good up and coming band. Metal fans, check out my band!Still the King....

warri0r45
Can't go wrong with In Flames/Children of Bodom (H) I don't think either could be classed as technically death metal, could they?
Nadril
Can't go wrong with In Flames/Children of Bodom (H) I don't think either could be classed as technically death metal, could they? In flames (old) was Melodic death metal but not is more metalcore/"gothenburg" metal. CoB is simply power metal with harsh vocals.
