Anti aliasing is making the edges less, uh rough, for lack of better word, i think if you put it into wikipedia theres a pretty good guide or use the FAQ

See the grey dots on the edge f the lower one? thats Anti aliasing in one form, and a pretty simple but effective job of it.

oh god no don't alais this, work on the quality of your arwork before you get too concerned with AAing. It's too big of a piece to start learning, if you want to learn AAing start small, learn the basics.. I don't know who told you guys that AAing and dithering is a necissity.. :-k honestly, don't worry about it until you find yourself thinking, 'what more can I do to improve my pixel art?'.

the parts i marked are some spots u can improve.

How u could chance them is not to use black lines on the edges but a color between those 2 color parts like light gray and black, use a dark gray color on the edges so it looks smoother, also u could make the guitar a bit 3d so it isn't a magic floating guitar ::'

hope this helps a little bit, because i don't know much about guitars i dont know more what could improve -.-

I have that exact guitar sitting on a couch next to me... except three pickups, not two. Missing one?

The bottom left still pokes out a bit too much. It also needs a smoother transition to where it goes up and then into the left '[bleep]e'.
