Glory in house?

I was just reading the run crating guide about the abyss, and it said most players bring a house tele rune and use a mounted glory in ther skill hall instead of brining one to craft with you, how do you mount a glory and does it have a million*billion uses or just 4?

Aye, and it goes in your quest hall. However, using this methods requires tons of law runes and can become quite costly. I personally just bring a glory and use it instead. I generally don't have a problem RC pkers.

Well, a glory costs 70k, laws cast 300 each, if I made 1k house teles it would only cost me around 300k, for 1k glory teles it would cost me 70k + 450 cosmics, just the only thing is I have to recharge it every time 4th time I use it, causing me to tele and walk places I don't really need to be...

Well, a glory costs 70k, laws cast 300 each, if I made 1k house teles it would only cost me around 300k, for 1k glory teles it would cost me 70k + 450 comics, just the only thing is I have to recharge it every time 4th time I use it, causing me to tele and walk places I don't really need to be...

 

 

 

You can sell a glory back after your done using it, but when mounted, it's their forever Besides, the cost of laws keeps building up, and more then loses the time saved not having to charge glory. Plus, you have to wait 10 second to get in your house every time, then go the the room with glory, rub it, and tele to edge. Not to mention you lose an inventory space for teletab, and the hassle of making them, unless you normally carry teletabs to avoid pkers. In my opinion, glorys are the way to go. I've crafted over 20k nats, was pked twice in the first 10k, then switched to d hide and haven't been pked since. And the full guthans it got me rocks :lol:

You could get law runes for free from that world 66 thing, it would take some time though to get a lot.

Maybe I am missing something in your logics but enchanting the glory amulet is done once, only once for each amulet - and it is the enchanting that takes cosmics. Once you have the amulet, you recharge it at heroes guild, and that is free. If you are to runecraft with glory amulets, then you should buy a bunch of them - then go and recharge them all at once. When you are finished with rune crafting, sell the glories to get your money back.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Also take into consideration that making the house tele tablets takes some time; mine the clay, wet the clay, make the tablet.

Use a glory. It's cheap, handy and doesn't need place in your inventory. Buy atleast 10 glories when you really want to RuneCraft at a decent speed.

I have 50 of them, and with black d'hide, rune gloves, god cape, sarabook, farseer helm, ring of dueling, glory, pickaxe and an ectophial w/pouches in the inventory, i don't get killed..

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I'd suggest something around the same as that, screw the non-glory people :)
