On the runescape site it says "This is not going against the rules of conduct providing you are both playing from two separate accounts created by each of you." The problem is that we are both on the same network with a single IP address... can RS tell the difference between computers or does it only go on IP? I'd suggest waiting for an answer before you and your brother try trading or having any other interaction between your accounts. Unsigned applets also allow multiple log in from a single computer. This is breaking rules and shouldnt be used for this... Pic Long since retired. We've traded back and forth for about 6 months now, and nothing has happened.
