Fail Curse

Featured Replies

i know all about fail curse, but if i had full melee armor on, and casted curse on the blue dragon down in heroes guild, since he has dragonhide armor on (metaphorically speaking) would that be more of a reason for the curse to fail?

I'm sure that he has a high magic defense, so that'd contribute to the failure of Cursing. But anything you cast it on should fail with full melee armour on.

as long as you have -65 mage bonus you will always fail no matter what it wont matter the monster.

Not true.

I successfully cast curse like 1/100 in any gear.

I would suggest the monk of zamorak behind the staircase in varrok palace.

When curse becomes successful, it takes him a few seconds to get rid of it.

Any plate, any kite, any full helm, and vamps (not leather), any plate legs and a strength/no ammy will about 99% fail all curses on any monsters - I did 120k on my main and didn't actually hit once. I was using Zombies over the varrock sewer.

But what was your magic attack stat with the gear that you had on?

I agree with elmo_killer6. I have cast thousands on Curses with -65 for

my magic attack and with level 80 magic and I have always failed.

Hope this helps

i know thats a lie because if its an ANY gear, that would include mystic, and i succesfully hit curse 90+% of the time in mystic gear, but the less mage atk bonus you have, the less chance you have of hitting it, or else the bonuses would be useless.

Any normal monster should do, but I dont remommend the heroes guild one because YOU would be cursed at by other players training there. :XD:

Quest cape obtained at combat level 83, march 07.
