Metamorphosis is the ability to change into another object/living thing.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

THE BENEFITS:

 

 

 

The ability to inflict more damage depending on the animal/thing you turn into.

 

 

 

The ability to wander around with creatures the same as you without worrying about combat.

 

 

 

Easier pking.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

THE DISADVANTAGES:

 

 

 

No weapon holding.

 

 

 

Timed change.

 

 

 

Can only level by morphing.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

So, this is how I think it should go.

Allow me to explain some of these:

 

 

 

For level one you will inflict half the damage of the creature would normally make. (Doesn't mean you won't hit as often, just means you won't hurt them a lot. You don't start of a hitting machine in real metamorphosis either.) The wait time is the time you must wait between switching creatures. Now, as for the max damage things. The mathematical formumla would look something like this.

 

 

 

Max= L*N when L= level multiplication conditions and N= Normal max of the creature

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The special effect would be just like the dragon dagger, and its formula is

 

 

 

N+C-(L*.5)-10 when the answer is rounded down unless the decimal is above 8, when N= Normal ma, when C=Creature max, and when L=Combat Level.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The special attack would be:

 

 

 

S*N-(L*.5)-5 when if the max is lower then the other levels everything is ignored, and the earlier max is used but has 10 added to it, when S= special attack max, when N= normal attack max, and when L=Combat Level.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The actual attack damage is the actual damage you'd inflict with whatever armor and weapon you were once wearing. This is fragile, though, because you could have better chances of hitting with the other maxes, so there are options of which you can turn on whichever you one have unlocked.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

This is my idea, this is not lycanopothy, or w/e one with changing into werewolves.

Hmm this seems kind of like summoning excpet instead of summoning the monster you become it.

let me explain this. Metamorphosis is the usage of body energy to "morph" yourself into another shape or object. this is not magic. its more like something of spirit. this isn't summoning, either. its metamorphosis. if i wanted it to be summoning i would've called the skill summoning. lol. no offense.

no offence but if its not magic how come you can't do it (irl) pretty much every other skill in the game can be done (maybe except prayer) in real life, there is no spirit power in rs, and hopefully never will be, this update does seem indeed to be an expansion of magic, especially becaus the only other shapeshifting in the game (monkey gree-gree) is done by MAGIC.... :twisted:

has potential, but needs some development to it...so far theres 1 thing to do, and 10 things to do it with or so. Add some different concepts and stuff, and some other benefits and it'll look good.
