RuneScape Information

  1. I typically get good rewards, and I do each and every one I get. I don't have a screen cap of it, but my last great great reward was something along the lines of A Robin Hood Hat, a Sara Kite, and a Zammy Page. I think I also got a rune battleaxe or something. Other than that, mine average about 60k per, which isn't horrible.
  2. No one ever calls me a bot for not responding or the like as much as they call me rude. Which is probably a way better word for it. Since I'm a high combat level, with a Quest Cape equipped as I skill, I don't really get called a bot, ever. I do, however, get the "no life" comment, which is pretty true.
  3. Got to level 15, then remembered I had a responsibility called "Shattered Heart". It's fun and a different direction. It's not the same old grinding skill you would see on an MMO like this. It is actually quite an imaginative skill. I never hyped myself for this skill, but I love it.
  4. So guys, when is the funeral?
  5. Ad in disguise: I don't really see how this affects players at all. Surely it is advertising, but it's not a full video advertisement and as such, I don't care. As long as it doesn't interrupt or affect gameplay, players shouldn't complain. If they are, they're complaining for the sake of complaining. Auto-typing: I agree. Not much you can do.
  6. Not sure why people are saying this doesn't deserve to be a grandmaster quest. Sure the puzzles weren't very hard, but this certainly is the hardest boss in quests. Far harder than the Balance Elemental. Plus, the Piety room was a little hard to figure out. This certainly isn't a Master Level quest. So it has to be Grandmaster.
  7. I'm a little nervous, so I hope people don't mind if I ask this but: Is this setup alright: Equipped: - Neit helm -Black D'hide Body -Black D'hige Legs -D Boots -Explorer's Ring 3 - Rune Cbow - BGS - Ruby Bolts - Guth book - Fury - Gloves (Barrows) Inventory: -BGS (or Rune cbow/ Guth book after Nomad is in quick strike mode) -9 Super Restores - Obby Golem (To be summoned after BoB is done with) - Remainder is Rocktail BoB (Tortoise): 18 Brews. Strategy: Use Rocktails until out, then fill with BoB (Brews). Swap out Tortoise for Obby Golem. Attack with Ruby bolts (E) until Nomad goes into his quick striking. Then attack with BGS. Prayer is set to Eagle Eye, Steel Skin, and Redemption throughout. I know it's better with pictures, but it's a little late over here and I'm somewhat tired. So is this setup good? Any advice? Overpreparing? Underpreparing? (Stats are below.) I'm just nervous about this. He costs quite a bit of money in supplies per fight and I don't want to mess it up.
  8. 122 Days, 14 hours. I feel ashamed somewhat, but oh well. I'm one of those guys that hides that he plays RS in real life.
  9. I don't see you coming up with anything Mr. Critic.
  10. Time to start rumors. What do you think gave MJ a heart attack? Certainly not dancing, he was actually playing RS and he died with full 3rd age and 28 Christmas Crackers while skulled. Nsync broke up because Justin pked Joey. Sarah Palin resigned because she wanted to do RS full-time. Spongebob plays RS a lot, what do you think his Krusty Krab salary goes to? Alright, there we go.
  11. I only let select friends know I play. Definitely not my school friends because a majority of them play WoW. I don't keep quiet while talking to another RS player in real life. I have admitted to people that I play, it's not a drug addiction. Yes, I would.
  12. Many games have that, but I really don't think the system in Runescape is "sophisticated" enough for that type of thing.
  13. Well. I train skillsm like RC and such. I do quests, often. Often after a new one has been released. 230 QP has to say something, right? Strength is my highest combat skill, but for another reason. See I sold my whip for 99 cooking (I won't lie, I did want a cape bad just like our pal Joe) and I decided to train Str so I wouldn't have to switch back to the good ol' D scimitar to train Str. Currently I am training my RC to 60 to buy a D chain. I wield a Helm of Neitiznot. Barrows gloves too. In my early early days I mined essence for my first set of full rune. Then I chopped 4k yews and 1k mages for my upgrades. I worked countless hours for a whip when it was 2.1mil. Also a D axe when it was 3 mil. Oh and I know how to grammar :P
  14. Why not? You worked hard for it. Since I have 99 cooking, which I get hated on for more than I get compliments for, I felt like I earned it. I spent plenty of time working. As did you, moreso than I did. You should feel proud. Fo' real.
  15. It's kind of like you have to look at a player like Zezima. Now he had every skill at 99, but the cost of this was that everyone knew who he was and he got followed everywhere. Plus he's almost always on Funorb now. Funorb, of course, is far different from Runescape. There is no true end to it. Maybe he did Get bored of Runescape and switched to Funorb. But if you look at it this way: You are a level 138 combat character. Let's just say you have 99 Attack, Defense, Hitpoints, Strength, Prayer, and Summoning. Those are just 6 skills. Now you could still train your Magic and Ranged skills. Then there is Slayer. There are 18 other skills besides those 6. There is a wide range of things that are possible. I have a friend who is level 135. He normally finds himself doing the new Diversions & Distractions. He always does new quests. He always finds something to do. So yeah, I'm neutral. I'm currently level 109, and I have as many things to do as when I was level 80.
