Percentages on the Level 99'ers of Runescape.

Hey i decided to work out the most common and uncommon level 99 skills, so i could figure out which are the best skills to tackle first for 99's.

Note: These figures where made on 3/3/06 ( figures may be out of date).

Total Level 99's: 19,432

Strength - 16.8%

Attack - 15.8%

Hitpoints - 14.4%

Fletching - 11.4%

Defence - 10.7%

Cooking - 9.6%

Ranged - 7%

Woodcutting - 4%

Magic - 3.5%

Fishing - 1.5%

Firemaking - 1.4%

Smithing - 1%

Thieving - 0.9%

Mining - 0.8%

Prayer - 0.3%

Crafting - 0.3%

Agility - 0.2%

Runecrafting - 0.2%

Herblore - 0.1%

Slayer - 0.1%

Farming - 0.1%

OK thats the list from most to least popular 99's.

firemaking is too easy to raise compared to smithing + its cheap, draynor on free worlds...1k willows =30k

145k willows later, youll have 99.

Yes and yews give you alot of exp and they are very easy to buy nowadays :)

Yeah fletching is easy (thats why i have it) but still it requires work + money.

hes jealous, me i have 99 cuz, 1 had 94 fletching after i made the bows i needed to get 85 magic, 2 i wanted 99 in a skill i figured i was 94 so i may as well 3. its profitable 4. if its not profitable, it cuts down on your loss if you alch the materials.

i don't have 99 fletching and i'm not planning on getting it anytime soon its to easy to lev to 99,i'm not saying that it takes no effort to get it tho , i rather train other skills.

and you don't even got 1m exp in that skill =/

By the time Jagex's recent reign of banning terror is over, I expect those popular skills to drop by at least 2-3%.... :|

Mining is low, but that's not suprising since their's no advantage to keep training it at 85 unless being higher in highscores.

that and the higher your mining faster you get ore, meaning beat out the competition. but then, if they are quicker clicking they still may get the ore, mining is so weird, i beat a guy mining gold i had 50 minig he had 85 i have no idea how.

theres not that many lvl 99 firemakers.. I am ranked like 374 in firemaking and the lowest lvl 99 firemaker is 266 nots not many ranks if you think about it.

Range has an ton of 99s too when i got it there were like 200 people with it now there's over 1300...

fletching is just a joke pretty much every noob in runescape has it.. Its too easy to get.. yeah i am aware i am only 95 fletching but thats bc i don't feel like gettin 99 like everyone else i might later in time but don't feel its necessary atm..

after cook "X" option 99 cookin was the "cool" thing to have and a lot of people jumped from low cooking to VERY high cooking.. I've been in the 90s for cooking since classic kinda sucks to see one of my fav skills killed like that

Their is no point in telling us that its too easy if you havn't got it.

I don't think anything 99 is easy. I don't think I'll ever get anything to 99. I may not even get anything to 75, and I have 4 skills at 73, and 6 more at 71.

its total number of 99s in that skill / the total number of 99s in the game?

you know its pathetic..i have 5 out of the top 7 99s, and i will very soon have all 7 lol

Ive got 11 99's melee is by far the easiest I think, then fletching. Fishing was a pain and even though smithable is buyable its still not that easy.

Yeah im focusing on hitting the buyable ones first bar farming.Then go for woodcutting.
