I made for the "-.-" smiley, but I haven't made the other one. I could easily make it, or get someone from the media forums to if needed. Whatcha think? EDIT: We also need a ^_^ smiley and a XD smiley, which I'll also make if my idea gets passed. What would you "call" it ? bored? indifferent? I use that one all the time and really wish Tip.It had it as an option too. I scavenged it from the depths of msn's "convenient to find" emote folder.
