I kill my Green Dragons, tan their hides and craft to green vambraces. Easy 1.5k earned + crafting xp, but it's hard to buy vambraces for 1.5 or less in f2p.. A good option is to alch steel plates... buy 1k each and 200gp profit. I don't suggest making them yourself since it's a waste of steel bars(5*550) unless you want the smithing xp.

Pest Control is the most effective way to train combat levels. The only downfall is the lack of hitpoints experience when using your points for a skill other than HP. Seeing that your melee levels are almost the same as mine, you should be getting around 1.19k xp per point used on a melee skill (as that level goes up, the more points you receive). Add that to the xp per Pest round(~1.5k xp per round - dbaxe spec, whip , ultimate str prayer and str bonus). 1.5k*100 = 150k alone from 100 waves of Pest Control 1.19*100 = 119k from points(100 points) + an additional 10% xp. Total: ~ 269k xp earned for spending 100 points(100 games). Little advice: Focus on 1 skill at a time. My head hurts... feel free to make corrections to my calculations.

I doubt you will like my idea, but... I spent my money to boost my herblore from 52 to 56(Fairytale Pt2.. with greenman ale). Basicaly I bought all the ingredients for the best potion I can make at level 52 (Super Energy - avantoe + *insert hard-to-remember name here* fungi).
