Can you wield zamorak staff without doing the arena?
How would you obtain a Staff of Zamorak before completing the minigame? They are untradable and completing Mage Arena is the only way to obtain a staff.

Best F2P ways to make money
After looking at your stats, you should cut willows and mine coal/iron and merchant the material. Hate me for mentioning 'merchant'? Too bad.
-
Is this good for F2P?
Sure... Not many people can "make about 1-3mill every 10 days".

You do not receive any xp for playing BA. And to answer the question, yes, your barrows can degrade during the waves as Lunar mentioned.

ground charcoal
I just did a little homework and... Tip.it: Yes Runehq: No Seeing it's a quest item, it's most likely untradable, but if you want an answer that's 99.9% accurate, experiment it yourself. Find somebody to try and trade the item.

Fastest/Cheapest Way to Powerlevel Herblore?
Herblore is basically a big money-eater. You spend money to make potions that will benefit your character skill-wise. I'm not sure of any 'fast' way without spending much, but I know a how to lose nothing at all but time: collect all raw material and turn them in to finished products.

Crafting
True, but as you gain more levels it will taker more cowhides it boost your crafting, so people would rather save time by buying cowhides rather than killing cows. I know I'm not up for the challenge to kill 5k+ cows and run back and forth to the bank for one crafting level.
-
Crafting
Cowhides can be obtained by killing Cow in the field (north-east Lumbridge/south of Falador) or they can be bought from other players (100-150ea).

Crafting
Al-Kharid is in the desert east of Lumbridge(start/respawn point). You can easily buy cowhides in the bank on popular world 1 or any crowded worlds.

Where is the best place to mine gold?
Could you elaborate more? I dont remember any gold mine involved with that quest. http://tip.it/runescape/?page=northwest_brimhaven_mine.htm 8-) There are also a few more towards the north of that area (close to the Holy Grail land entrance). It's only second to the gold mines in Keldegrim in my opinion.

No, it's considered as drop trading.

RFD Question
Bring a few Delights in the event if you burn the snake.
-
Lunar Diplomacy
It's possible, but bring a few because it will take some time to successfully mine the ore. I would just recommend powermining iron in Yanille to get to 60 so you won't have to be troubled by the stouts.
-
sophanem
I guess you did not finish the quest yet. The only way to enter Sophanem is the same way you got in the first place: enter the small cave east of the Wanderer. To retrieve the jar, same way you got it: Make your way through the pyramid and in to the little room.

pyrefiends?
They are also located in the Smoke Well with Fire Giants and Dust Devils. There aren't much Pyres inside the well though, so it's best to slay in the Slayer Dungeon.

How to get a balance in life?
Wrong forum, but I would like to share my advice. Education and your social life comes first, leisure comes second. Don't be focused on be 'amazing' in Runescape because that won't benefit your real life in any way. I'm not saying you shouldn't play the game, but set limits for yourself. We're not machines that work/study without rest. Everybody needs a break to go do something else rather than studying, but as I said, set your limits.

Firemaking, Maple logs or Yews?
Maples or yews, you would still hit 99 firemaking. I would burn the maple and fletch the yew to make extra cash for your wallet. Don't let the number of clicks cloud your mind
