I've been paying $5 for like 8 years. Even with buying cards in between I've kept the rate. I even got hacked, had subscription cancelled, and emailed jagex to get it back a month later. So I'm not worried. Peace, Vann

I got gold and got my items (only kept skull bc it's all I wanted)... I hadn't done my spins from yesterday so when I did them I had 3! And spent my runecoins on the blaze pet (pokemon) and a insta growth (rare candy?) and the tok warlord armor! Love Gold! Peace, Vann

I have friends selling 10b+ weekly each, and just keeping it between themselves, the buyer (bulk reseller) and a few friends on TS3 who sell as well. None have been locked or banned. These friends use the same reseller I used when I sold gold over a year ago (as stated before I haven't sold in over a year) and after talking to the reseller, he says he flips 5-10B DAILY... Sometimes as high as 15B. That is $400-800 daily assuming a $.08 margin. (Today: .27B/.35S) He said he has had a few accounts banned but doesn't keep more than max cash on a given account for more than a few minutes. So it's nominal loss compared to the profit... The reseller is Chinese and that is a VERY good living in the States, much less China. People underestimate the amount of money that resellers make, most people focus on the sellers. Tip: upgrade your ship as fast as possible. There are a few missions where you can send your ship + captain and have 100% without any crew. This then saves your crew for the harder missions when you need to stack them up

Go is an old FC. Was run by Bbex. Who is now in Guess since Cash (im assuming) recovered Go from him as he owned the name. Apple has been around a while. Also, Flowers fc is up on w6 as I gave the name to a friend to use. Also, I'm assuming Cash opened up Go bc he was trying to make an FC and offered me for the name Flowers. Peace, Vann

I've never sold gold... I've only safely transferred Jagex's virtual and intellectual property from one of their accounts to another. I then received a gift on PayPal for an amount determined to be appropriate for helping out a friend transfer said VP/IP. Just like helping a friend move houses. You move furniture from one house to the next and at the end of the day your friend slips you a $20 and a 6-pack for helping out. You never own the furniture and never sell the furniture, it remains in your friends possession. In the end, shadow economies exist in every MMO and I'm sure this conversation takes place on every forum. So I say if you can't beat em, join em..... Why can't jagex just open a gold store. Sell gold at $1/m which is 3x the going rate, but people would do it bc it would be trusted. Then they could buy back gold at .5/m.... .5/m margin on gold is very nice. They would make a nice profit off of it and can control inflation and the amount of gold coming in the game. Peace, Vann

C'mon guys, he didn't sell virtual property for real money.... He did what any logical person would do. Gave virtual property to people for free! He then received up to the $13,000 in gifts from a single person which is not taxable by the IRS*. Just because these events took place within minutes of each other, does not make them related. /sarcasmbutreallytruth There are so many ways to spin it that it wouldn't hold up in court. Jagex still owns the virtual property because he didn't remove it from the game. Therefore it went from one of Jagex's accounts to another. Still Jagex's property. Cam tried buying the name "Flowers" off me when I quit a few weeks ago but I gave it to a friend in Coin fc. He was telling me he had Cam and a few other names as back up fcs but wanted Flowers. On topic: As someone who has been ranked/hosting in the gambling community for almost 2 years (Mew2, TheMilk, Cash, Coin, Legit One... Etc.) I have seen many people RWT loads and get away with it. Just from being in thriving fcs I have 4-5 of the biggest bulk gold buyers/resellers added on Skype and I know for a fact they service some of the big names. US tax law states you can receive up to $13,000 USD annually as a tax free gift from each individual. 5 bulk buyers at 13k each is $65k annually tax free... Plus transactions under $10k USD are not reported directly to the IRS so there are many ways around it. I will admit in dicings hay-day I partook in selling gold. Making max cash+ daily in Mew2 and seeing my friends do it and get away with it I thought "why not". I thought I had sound reasons to sell.. Most went to tuition, but I did make two "big" purchases (custom desktop and iPad). Eventually I realized I would rather give back to the community, help friends and enjoy the game so I stopped selling and would do hourly giveaways, donate to friends goals (over 2B donated to Suomi) and pk/stake for fun. I will probably be looked down on for selling gold, but I have not done it in over a year and don't plan on it. I recently quit and gave my remaining ~800M to some friends along with a few names I had. Even tho I do not sell anymore I still follow the market and keep up with prices and I will say the .28-.35/m for bulk now is way under the .65-.7/m a year ago. There is a lot of negativity around the gambling community, but honestly I always felt it was a tight knit community in itself. Yes scams take place but there are many legit clans out there. I personally think jagex should integrate a casino into the game with similar odds to dicing/flowers. People say they can't because the game has kids playing it, but Zynga and other Facebook game makers do it just fine. That way it would be monitored and regulated.
